At House of Jholi, we stand behind our craftsmanship. The JackPack is built to last a lifetime, and we back that promise with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our warranty covers defects in:
✓ Materials (fabric, zippers, hardware)
✓ Workmanship (stitching, quilting, construction)
✓ Manufacturing defects
✓ Zipper failures (non-abuse)
✓ Hardware breakage (non-abuse)
✓ Seam separation
✓ Strap failures

If your JackPack fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Normal wear and tear, including:
✗ Fading or discoloration from sun exposure
✗ Abrasion or scuffing from regular use
✗ Damage from improper care
✗ Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
✗ Modifications or alterations
✗ Damage from sharp objects or excessive weight
✗ Lost or stolen items
✗ Cosmetic issues that don't affect function

WARRANTY PERIOD

LIFETIME: For manufacturing defects
5 YEARS: For zippers and hardware
2 YEARS: For waterproofing integrity
30 DAYS: For fit and satisfaction (return policy)

"Lifetime" is defined as the expected usable life of the product with normal use.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

1. EMAIL US

Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem

2. WE'LL REVIEW
Our team will assess the claim within 48 hours.

3. RESOLUTION
We'll either:
- Repair the item (free of charge)
- Replace the item (free of charge)
- Offer store credit (if replacement unavailable)

4. RETURN SHIPPING
We provide a prepaid shipping label for warranty returns.

Even outside warranty, we offer affordable repair services:
- Zipper replacement
- Strap repair
- Hardware replacement
- Seam reinforcement
- Waterproof re-coating

To maximize your JackPack's lifespan:
- Follow care instructions
- Store in cool, dry place
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure
- Clean regularly (spot clean)
- Don't overload beyond 20L capacity
